I took this picture outside the whaley house a couple months ago

It is a picture of the window in the back of the house its the window at the end of the hall way upstairs if you zoom in

You can clearly see a man with a mustache looking out the window he is in the middle pane on the right hand side

On the day this picture was taken my niece and her 4 year old daughter were with me. We said nothing about the house in front of her daughter and as soon as we started to walk into the yard of the house her daughter started screaming and crying and digging her heels in she did not want to go anywhere near the house or yard my niece had to pick her up and carry her past the house she really scared by the house and the yard.
